Friends ~ Power vs. Force by Dr. David Hawkins is an excellent resource book for understanding the life spectrum available to us when we choose to move, 'shift', and transform from shame, blame, guilt, depression, apathy into trust, love, joy, peace and 'ineffable' enlightenment.

Until we are willing to "risk"; choosing to be courageous, we will continue to get the same results we have always gotten.

An Rx for this insanity: BE neutral, BE now, choose wisely ... trust SELF mastering Soul + Spirit Alignment (integration) ... BEing well ... breathe ... this moment ... acknowledging our innate, inhehent 'Heart Intelligence'.
